Cecelia Dempsey recently co-organized and led a panel discussion on “Combating Distance and Culture to Protect your Global Trademark Portfolio from Afar” before a group of trademark professionals at the Seagate Hotel in Delray Beach, Florida held on September 30, 2015.  The event was sponsored by Corsearch and co-organized by Kathleen Donohue, Key Account Client Relations Manager at Corsearch – Wolters Kluwer.  Distinguished panelists included: Elizabeth Pearce, Director of IP at AIG, Kenneth Oh, Corporate Counsel, IP at TracFone Wireless Inc., Colette Durst, Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Tyco International, Rachel Rudensky, Intellectual Property Attorney at Akerman LLP and Tricia McDermott Thompkins, Global Intellectual Property and Licensing Counsel at Perry Ellis International, Inc.
